Coffees on this page are in Whole Bean rather than pre-ground. This means that you will experience a bit fresher tastes because you will be able to grind just the amount of coffe you need, as you need it.
If giving a gift, you might choose ground coffee instead, if you are not sure if the recipient has a grinder.
My darek Roast is Full City Plus, which is just a bit darker than medium. As the beans are roasted, we stop just a few seconds into second crack.
