The rain held off long enough for me to do some weed spraying and cutting a few weeks ago, and I just finished laying does some fertilizer for both the coffee trees and and fruit.

I found a small sapote which had fallen t othe ground, but it was not yet ripe enough to eat. It was soft but not well developed.

While the northeast gets yet another snowstorm, I see that our nighttime temperatures are rising a bit. I may soon be able to crack the windows at night.

In the meantime, yesterday on Oahu, Mick Fleetwood and Steven Tyler testified about how celebrity photographers get those private (embarrassing) photos.

According to KITV News “Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler and drummer Mick Fleetwood appeared Friday morning in front of the Committee on Judiciary and Labor to testify in favor of what has been billed as the “Steven Tyler Act.”

SB465 would give celebrities, or anyone else, protection from photographers and reporters who invade their privacy while they vacation in the islands or relax at their vacation homes.

We have lots of celebrities who live on Maui and Oahu and they come here for some relaxation and privacy.
