Building a new library and needing to move 17,000 books a mile and a half, perhaps 3000 people will line up and pass the books and items peson to person, from one library to the other.

Besides being different, this also reflects the island people’s history. Anyone may participate and visitors are also encouraged to help.

I will not be able to attend, however, I can guarantee that it will be a great experience. I also can already guess some of the comments which will be made. You just know that people will look at some of the titles and say “I loved this book” or “this one looks interesting”.

I hope that this novel event will end up[ on newscasts around thecountry, because it is a “novel event”.
