One year ago on January 10th, at about 10am Hawaii time, the cardiologist performed a CABG with is essence was a quadruple heart bypass procedure.

They cool your heart with ice water, saws through your breastbone, takes an artery from your leg and “bypasses” clogged arteries. Then they wire your chest back together and use surgical glue to hold the skin. You DO know that “Super Glue” was developed for this, right?

So at 10am Hawaiian time Saturday morning I will celebrate 1 year of health by NOT having them do this again!
