What is the second oldest webcam on the internet (and it is still in operation today)?

Before they were known to the world, Netscape in 1994 created the Amazing Fishcam and when you used the Netscape browser, you could use something like ctl-alt-F (F for fishcam) and it would take you to the site. You can go there now at http://www.fishcam.com/

The first webcam was the Trojan Room coffee pot.

At the end of 1993 there were all of 623 websites on the internet. One of those websites I still access today, IMDB (the Internet Movie Database) although at the time, we called it the Cardiff database because it was housed overseas.
