In any event, Costco has contacted people who have purchased the product and told them to get vaccinations and Costco is paying. My neighbor was contacted twice by the local store so we know that their process is working.

Because Costco is a membership store, they know who buys what and thus can easily tell you about a recall, etc.

Costco has a customer-friendly return policy also.

I know that some people resent paying a membership fee to shop, but in my case, the membership cost is well offset by my savings and rebate each year.

I am happy to hear that Costco has my back when it comes to recalls and returns.
