While I can pay the roaster to bag and label things for me, it is cheaper to do it myself and pass the savings along to my customers.

Meanwhile I had to get a buzzer and shock collar for the dogs because they kept running to neighbor farms, primarily for avocados. O`Lena, the yellow Lab has been known to bring back a baby chick once or twice; at least once to try to feed her new pups.

I used the buzzer a few times when calling the dogs, then if they did not respond, I went to the first level of shock. That has been enough that when they hear the buzzer, they stop what they are doing and usually return to where I am standing. At the least, they stop what they are doing.

I have rarely had to use even the buzzer level lately and today both dogs were in the side yard nibbling on grass when 4 chickens and a rooster walked within 30 feet of them. They stood and watched the parade without any type of predator pose (that crouching dogs do before running). I was impressed. The units I got on Amazon are “Dogwidgets Rechargeable Remote 2 Dog Training Shock Collar With Individual Vibration For Each Dog” for about $70. and am very happy with the purchase.

Meanwhile I also have been catching up on TV shows on my Roku device. Even though Amazon announced an increase in their Prime membership, it is still a bargain for me with the shipping and streaming service.

Lately I have been catching up on one of those shows where people call a real Estate Agent to find them a new house. Oftentimes the people have unrealistic expectations of what is available at a price they can afford. They will be qualified for a certain amount and expect to find every item in their checklist in a house.

Some of these reality shows are somewhat scripted though. In the case of this real estate show, the buyers may already be in escrow for a sale on a house while they look at a couple of others shown on the program. Thus before filming, they have already chosen one of the houses.

I have seen some photos which purport that the Duck Dynasty guys were clean-shaven just a year or two before they signed up for the reality show. Here are some photos to prove it: http://tinyurl.com/onsjzue

I have been carbonating water quite a bit, both to make soda and to drink by itself. Yesterday I bought some Limeade frozen mix (like frozen orange juice. I found it works better in carbonated water than regular water. Bonus!
