In the realm of reality shows there is “Parking Wars”. Shot on location in perhaps Philadelphia, Detroit or another larger city and involves parking violations or booting. Oftentimes the parking issues are obvious and warranted. Other times they are questionable. In one episode a person is parking where the sign says “No Standing”. “Standing” definitions vary in certain locations as to wheter sitting in a vehicle is standing and so on. It also means no parking.

In many shows having to do with booting, the owner knows they have tickets but don’t pay them. The fines and booting and towing can cost $300 and up. People will spend most of the day trying to get their car back and have hassles with presenting valid drivers license, insurance, registration, paid up fines and so on.

There is frustration because people have to get into the same line multiple times and these procedures are not efficient.
