Compare that to a very large organization, a company that gets hundreds to thousands of calls a day. They do NOT have a toll free number; at least one you can find.

So is that because they want to spread the cost to their customers rather than themselves? What else could be the reason that customers have always had to pay to call them?

Does the phone number 407-934-7639 ring a bell? 407 is NOT a toll free number. Would you remember it if I spelled it out? 407-W-DISNEY? remember it from the TV commercials?

Oh, there does appear to be a toll free number for their timeshare group, but then again, timeshares… they will make that call cost back pretty quickly.

So in the grand scheme of things, I pay more for my toll free number than Walt Disney World does for their theme park number.

Kinda odd isn’t it?
