I’m sure they will fix this, but in the meantime, all Christmas trees are on hold.

Christmas trees are shipped from the west coast to here in containers and some containers have been found to contain slugs and other insects.

Due to our very fragile environment, we are very careful to not introduce non-native items here.

74 containers of 300 trees each are currently undergoing treatment.
