I looked up some of the hard-earned prizes and the items are not highly scored in reviews. Still, I continue to collect points and have used them for items such as magazines.

Besides the less than great rewards, the contest has some flaws. For cases of soda, the codes are printed under a flap of the carton. At least here, the codes are printed in a dot matrix format, usually very light and sometimes skewed which makes it hard to read.

Then there are a couple cases where there are letters or numbers that could be confused. An example is the zero and the letter O. You know they can be easily confused because there is an error code and help item that tells you that it is a zero and not a letter O. So, my question is, if there is no O and just a zero, if someone enter an O, why not just have the website accept the O as a zero and continue, rather than make the user correct the entry. It seems to me that the software is making the user correct items the software should fix itself.

Still I enter the codes and hop that I’ll find a useable item to order.
