This is so wrong on so many levels!

Clark told her to IMMEDIATELY after the call to him, to hang up and freeze her credit at all 3 credit bureaus. She was to also watch her credit reports carefully. She was to call the credit card companies, tell them what happened and get a re-issue of those cards with new numbers.

SIGH!

Nobody is going to call you out of the blue and lower your credit card rate, nor do you know anyone in African nations and they are NOT going to give you any money, the IRS and Microsoft and so on are NOT going to call or email you, they send regular mailings.

Chances are that you do NOT have a relative in a foreign country that lost/was pickpocketed/got into legal trouble and needs you to send them money (quietly so their parents don’t know). Anyone wanting to buy your item from Craigslist who has neither seen your item nor will pick it up themselves and wants to pay by check/money order, etc is a scammer.

COME ON PEOPLE!
