I bought a new cellphone in December and the store filled out the rebate form and I sent it along days later. When I checked online in January they said there was a probelm, so I called the tollfree number. I was told that they had typed in the wrong phone number and thought this was a second request on someone elses phone.

They corrected the computer and sent out a new card (so they say) however, when I called in today I was told that the shipping address was wrong. They had the correct zip code but a different city listed for that code. It should not have mattered, because the Post Office pretty much delivers to the ZIP code, especially a 9 digit one which I use.

In any event, they say they cancelled the card I have not yet received and are issuing a new one. I can expect it in 7 to 10 business days but if I have not received it in another 30 days, to call them back.

Sigh! I REALLY hate rebates. Oftentimes companies issue rebates in the hopes that you won’t qualify or you forget to mail it in or forget to track it. I have lost rebates before because I did not get it sent in on time.

That is why I offer discount coupons which are redeemed on my coffee website, so people don’t have to remember to do anything, just purchase at a discount.

You can pay by Credit Card on the Authorize.Net link or by Paypal. Make sure your shipping is deducted before finalizing your order.

Also, depending upon orders, I may have to roast a bit more of the coffee so there could be an extra day or two delay shipping it.
