This festival covers picking contests, cupping awards, websites, labels, a great parade and lots more.

I had hoped to be able to participate in that and the the Farm Fair happening this weekend, but have been busy on the farm

So busy that I can now, finally announce that for those of you waiting for a bag of coffee, NOW is the time!

A neighbor and I have picked a bunch of coffee cherry, I have pulped it, dried it, had it milled and it is ready. Although there is some talk amongst farmers that they prefer to let it age some, there is no definitive agreement. So if you want to wait a while while it ages, so be it. However, if you have been anxiously awaiting any of this Kona, you are welcome to order now and take your TBLOG discount. Just put TBLOG in the discount coupon code space while checking out at http://ItsKona.Com.

How many people order in the next couple of days, will determine how quickly it gets roasted. Because of the festival, we have lots of farms getting coffee roasted this week. In any event, it should ship during the next 5 business days.

You are welcome to order “Pele’s Passion” which is my coffee or you might enjoy “Kona Sunset” which comes from a neighbors farm. The TBLOG discount will cover either.
